    Making sure I'm legal here.

    Razvan,

When you get a chance could you please check out this site that I am building and verify I haven't crossed any lines. I have the business version so I believe I am required to keep the shozam link in the gallery. Please let me know if this Shozam link is acceptable or not.

I was trying to color coordinate what I could.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

I am a user of Shozam (business edition) and past beta tester. I try to offer as much support on the product in here as I can.  If you are not using the business plus edition then you can't remove the generated by Shozam tag at the bottom of the gallery. Changing the color etc in the editor I do believe is quite acceptable, I know mine changes with almost every gallery I create. As long as the link works. I don't see anything wrong with what you've done, and assume by your question you might be fairly new to Shozam. BTW, nice looking site.

Thanks for the reply and complimentsTom,

I purchased Shozam about a year or two ago and haven't used it in quite a while so I guess you could consider me still a new user. I still have more work to do to this site as far as margin adjustment and some other minor tweaks but it's getting there over-all. Shozam just makes it better.

     Jeff,

Like Tom says, I don't think you have a problem because the link is there.

You do have a problem with your menu being out of whack using Safari for Windows or Google Chrome Browsers.

    Here is the Screen Shot

Your main site is fine in those browsers.  It is just your gallery that is screwy.

Everything is fine with Firefox 3.

However, using IE 8, I can't get past the javascript error box on your gallery page.  Your main site is fine in IE 8.

I am guessing that somewhere in your code on the gallery page, there is some javascript that IE 8, Chrome & SFW browsers don't like but the Fox lets it slip through ok.

    Hi Cowboy,

Thanks for checking that out. I hadn't verified the browser compatibility issue with the Shozam part of the website. This is part of the tweaking that will need to be done. I just finished the over-all look of the gallery last night so I didn't make it that far but I will try to fix the coding in the near future. I really appreciate the support that you guys give to the forums.

    Thanks again,

    Jeff

    Jeff,

First of all, thanks for asking. However, I ought to say the link implementation is not within the terms of the agreement. The link has a custom style applied to it, rather than having the same style as the top (gallery) menu bar, the one with the Main Page link. The two were designed to be in sync to keep in balance the need to have the menu colors be readily visible -and- the desire to have the credit line unobtrusive. I appreciate your design and attention to detail, and the fact the credit line is still somewhat visible, but allowing the two to be of different colors opens the door to non-compliance.

     Razvan,

Thanks for clarifying this. Sorry I gave out incorrect information. I have also made some changes like that although none have actually been used in my galleries. Still learning.

Re: Making sure I'm legal here.

    Thanks Razvan,

I will update the site as soon as I am able so that the two links are in sync with each other. My apologies for altering the code a little too much.

Code is now changed. Hopefully this will be acceptable.
