Help!!!

When I hit the buttom to generate gallery, the green bar does not go all the way to a 100%, but only

to perhaps 85% and then it says is ready. When I open the gallery , the theme ,whichever I had picked is always

mixed up with the crossover pastel theme.

I had tried different themes and it always happens.I never had this problem before.

Can anyone help me???? please

If Shozam does not complete the upload to 100%, it is because of an error happening during the upload. This can be due to an error in the Internet connection (which would have to be addresses by your ISP) though it most usually is an issue with the webserver (issue which would need to be addressed by your webhost). Shozam should display an error upon the termination of the upload, as reported by the server; that may point to a clue to be given to your ISP or webhost.

Another thing you may want to try, if the issue persists, is to use a dedicated FTP upload utility to upload the gallery files. In such cases we recommend FileZilla, which is open source, solid program which has a built-in error correction allowing severed connections to be repaired. Even better, it is free.
