    WGW themes

    Howdy,

I am unable to use downloaded WGW Pro themes in Shozam.  Is there some way to do it that I'm just overlooking?  I tried hitting INSTALL (same as in WGW) but when I select the downloaded theme I get an "Invalid custom theme selected" error message.  The same theme selected in WGW loads fine.

    Thanks,

    Jay in NYC

Welcome to the forum Jaymark! Yes

Firstly! WGW and Shozam are two different programs.WGW is the little brother of the Shozam program. I think the themes will be incorporated on which version of shozam you buy.

For the rcored WGW and Shozam themes are not compatible. The shozam team will go into more detail if you reply to this thread. There is about 4 differernt types of Shozam programs I think and one will fit your needs.

Jay, indeed WGW and Shozam have different theme formats so WGW themes are not compatible with Shozam themes. Is it a particular WGW theme that you like? We may be able to add it to the list of WGW themes we are planing to adapt for Shozam.

    Re: WGW themes

Oh, I see.  I thought Shozam was just an upgrade from WGW Pro, sort of the way Cakewalk 9 Pro evolved into Sonar 1 (these are audio programs).  In my particular case I would like to use the 038 - Support Our Troops theme.  I am using the Shozam beta program and was not aware that Shozam was even available to buy or upgrade to yet.  I will have to go back and check the SHozam home page.

    Thanks,

    Jay

Last word I got was they are pushing for a May 10th release of the Shozam business version, which is also the beta version.
