    Burn to CD

Can anybody give me an idea how to burn a gallery to a cd. I had tried several times with NERO and it has been a disaster. I cannot get the whole gallery to burn, just the pictures. Thanks, Loren

    Re: Burn to CD

I have burned numerous cd's and dvd's of my gallery with Nero.

Ok, first: Shozam will create a folder on your hard drive that is the same as your gallery name. Inside that folder are all the shozam gallery files. You just need to add all the files in that folder, including all the sub-folders.

That really is about all you have to do. Nero should burn all those files. If you put all the files into Nero and it is only burning jpg's and not burning the html files, then you should probably contact Nero support. That would be a Nero issue.

Burn your gallery to a CD-ROM to archive or to give to others.

    1. Start your CD-ROM burning program
    2. Click View files (step 5 in Shozam)
    3. Import all the files displayed into your CD-ROM burning program

    Re: Burn to CD

I hope upgrading nero helps. I've had some real issues with version 7 to the point I very seldom use it anymore. It was very unstable on my system and gave me a lot of problems, one being some files didn't get burned to cd, and corrupted files burned to dvd. Not even sure I'd upgrade to version 8, since I do have other burning software.

Tom, do you mind me asking you which burning program do you use? I really do not

want to fool with  the programs you mentioned. Thanks Loren

    Re: Burn to CD

I mostly use NTI Cd & Dvd Maker which I've been using for years. If you are using Windows XP you can also use it to burn cd's although I consider it a bit of a pain. I believe it uses the the Roxio "burn engine" (very basic) to burn cd's. The times I have used it it didn't give me any problems. It's kind of a "wizard" thing that XP really likes to use for everything but it did work ok.

I found NTI Cd & Dvd Maker Platinum Version 7. Is this the program you have been using

for years (probably an earlier version)? I do have windows XP,  sorry for so many questions,

but I do need it asap . Loren

Yep that is the one. I've used NTI since version 2 I think. It came with the first cd burner I bought. Been upgrading ever since.
