Keith,
Your site looks great and it provides an excellent example of tight integration of Shozam galleries with a larger Web site. From a navigation standpoint just one thing seemed somewhat less intuitive; clicking on the "Photo albums" menu link on the main menu replaces all the menu bar items. However, because there is no other indication, it was not initially clear to me that I navigated to a lower level in the hierarchy and then needed to click "Home" to move back up in the hierarchy. Fly-out menus with sub-menu options or color coding of the menu button backgrounds may help the visitor understand better that there are two levels to the hierarchy.
Since all the various galleries don't fit to be all displayed at the same time on the horizontal menu bar (and menu *bars* don't usually have "Next" buttons), fly-out menus may work well. Given that you seem to know your way around with HTML and since the various galleries are actually geographical places, what I would really love to see on the main "Photo albums" page would be a map of those places, with an HTML image map linking to each of the albums.
Another point, which may be more subjective, is that since your galleries have just one albums, you could link directly to the album page, skipping the Gallery Intro. This will be slightly more efficient though you would loose the Intro animation; so really it would be a trade-off.
In any case, great job and good source of inspiration for Shozammers with larger Web sites.
UPDATE - I see you already have a menu item "Map Location" which is similar with what I was thinking for a map driven gallery menu; great!
