    Updating an Existing Gallery Error

    I am trying to update an Existing Gallery I have created.

    These are the following steps I performed with the aim of Modifying an existing Web Gallery:

    1) Launch Shozam

    2) Select Modify an existing Web Gallery

    3) Existing Gallery opens under Step 3: Manage Albums in Gallery

    4) Then I click on the relevant album I wish to update and Click
    Modify album pages.

    5) What follows is an error pop up. Which only allows me to click OK and Shozam shuts down.

    Does anyone have experience in this problem?

     Welcome to Shozam Simon,

    Nobody can really help you with not knowing what the error message says.

    Your best bet is to fill out a ticket at help and let them guide you through it.

    I don't recall that problem occurring with any of my galleries even without knowing the specific error message.
