    Program not loading

    Hi All

     I just purchased the business version and it will not load. The install seemed to go fine but the program will not start. The splash screen comes up and the the error reporting screen with the error being "kernal32". This is on a windows xp sp2 machine. I then installed on a laptop with vista and it seems to run great. Any ideas?

    Is sp2 came as an update? There might be problems if the windows platform is not genuine or updated due to many program installations. Try to repair the machine by repair installation. Might work. -poppy

    Also, to make sure this is not a "quirk", do this:

    • Uninstall Shozam
    • Reboot
    • Download and re-install Shozam from the Website (the latest free trial version)
    • Run Shozam
