I added new photos to a gallery and now when I view the gallery I have boxes with red X's instead of the photo thumbnails. I thought maybe they corrupted so I downloaded the files from the server (since those viewed fine from my website) but the same thing happened when I tried to view the new files.  Any ideas? 

Red Xs usually indicate that the image files do not exist on the server. I recommend the following:

1. Generate all gallery files in Step 5 (uncheck "modified files only" option)
2. Preview gallery making sure it displays fine
3. Upload all files in Step 6

View uploaded gallery and see if there is still an issue. If so, it could be an indication of a problem with your server, like maybe you are over your quota and the server does not allow new image files to be copied over.
